At Solid Attire, our goal is to ensure that you always select the right product for your needs. However, you may occasionally receive
a product that does not work for you. We have an easy exchange policy. Customer can exchange/return their products within 7 days from
the date of delivery of the order.

Conditions for Return/Exchange
You must follow the instructions listed below.
All returns/exchange must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be clean (no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, etc.
• The item must be unused and unwashed
• The item must be in its original packaging (including brand tags).
For exchange or return, customer needs to write us an email at support@solidattire.com or WhatsApp us (from homepage of www.solidattire.com) along with the Order ID, Phone Number and Email ID. Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours with more details.
Exchange
Once our team accepted exchange request, customer needs to self-ship the product to our warehouse. After receiving the product, and
all conditions are met. We will dispatch the exchanged product in next 24-48 hours.
Refund
Assuming all conditions are met, we will provide you with store credits worth your order within 48 hours. Customer have to self-ship
the order to our warehouse address. Our team will check the condition and then process the store credit in your account, which you can
use to purchase other products on www.solidattire.com.
